To enter, download the PDF, and let your child’s creative imagination run wild! All entries to be handed in by 5pm Thursday 30th October 2025, either by dropping of at Tooth Town, or posting to our Facebook page. Don’t forget to make sure you let us know your child’s First Name, Surname, Age, and your contact details so we can contact you if your child wins!
If you’re unable to print, we have copies at Tooth Town to pick up as well.
