Maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety

All our staff are up to date with their vaccinations. We recognise that many of our patients may be too young to receive their immunisations when they see us. You child’s health and well-being is of paramount importance to us. We also have current Blue Cards, as well as current First Aid Certificates.

Infection control standards in our office are a priority. To protect our patients (which includes our own children!) and ourselves, we maintain strict sterilisation and cross-contamination processes using current standards recommended by the Australian Dental Association, the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and the Communicable Diseases Network of Australia (CDNA).

  • All of our instruments go through a rigorous disinfection and sterilisation procedure.
  • Our equipment is tested daily, and every step of the process is tracked and logged for quality assurance.

Tooth Town uses only the highest quality equipment and materials. We believe healthcare should always be performed to the highest standard, whilst recognising that some children may not be able to cooperate yet. That’s why we also offer the options of sedation and or general anaesthesia within a hospital setting that focuses on maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Tooth Town invites every parent to view our sterilisation protocols and see our operation at work.
